Buzzy Bees and a Hot Sunset
Room 4 love art and experimenting with colour and texture. The Buzzy Bee pictures are pastel, ink and metallic paint. The ideas came from creating a image of themselves with the body of a bee.
The sunset art was discovering hot colours and how to blend them to create a sunset. The trees and animals were painted in black paint and decorated with metallic gold ink to give a silhouette affect.

Rimu Cross Country 2018
Rimu have been training hard for their annual Cross Country event and the children did themselves proud. It was a great race and all Rimu displayed persistence, resilience, stamina and showed MANAWANUITANGA. Well done Rimu.
