RABBIT DAY

Room 4 were lucky to have a surprise visitor today  "Fleur" Aneesa's furry friend. She stayed with us all day and we made her a habitat she could relax in.  It was great to have Fleur with us and  we loved giving her cuddles.

Did you know that rabbits live in warrens and dig burrows. Some children made a warren out of blocks and put bears inside because Fleur was too big.

Thank you Aneesa for sharing your lovely pet with us today.

RIMU AT THE ZOO

Rimu team had a great day at the zoo. We visited the Bug Lab, which was amazing just like something from the Weta Work Shop. They went to Zoo School and learned about bugs of all shapes and sizes. Then even found the time and energy to race around the the zoo to see as many animals as they could.

We were great map readers

John was a cool zoo teacher.

COOK ISLAND WEEK IN ROOM 4

Room 4 celebrated Cook Island week by creating headdresses inspired by photos they had seen. They used flower petals, leaves and feathers to decorate their headdresses.
