Room for were lucky enough to have a visit from 7 cute Bunnies this week. The children were taught how to hold and pet them. The Bunnies were very chilled and relaxed, as was Room 4.
Thank you Sam for bringing them to show Room 4.

Room 4 Panda Art
Room have been busy creating beautiful Panda collages for their Calandar Art. They painted the background then collaged the outline of the Panda using the paper tearing method.
Bamboo was then drawn directly onto the paint. They are very proud of their effforts.
Room 4 Pandas can be purchased as a calandar or greeting cards.

"We are all going to the Zoo."
Room 4 enjoyed an amazing day at Auckland Zoo. The weather was kind and we saw almost every animal in the zoo. Our favourites were the Red Panda, Tuatara, Elephants, Kiwi's, Alligators and not forgetting Harold the Peacock.
We were also very interested to learn more about adaptations. Riley Rose and Lillia noticed that the Kiwi has a few special adaptations, such as nostrils at the end of its long bill and no wings as it is a flightless bird. It also has hollow bones and runs along he forest floor at night.
